1. General and Identification

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders and sales of products through the webshop of Atelier Domo, a brand of BASESTATION BV, with registered office at Toekomststraat 60 / 2.2, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number BE0898.354.909 (“Basestation BV”, “we”, “us”).

Atelier Domo is a premium brand created by Basestation BV and offers organic and high-quality herbs, spices and kitchen essentials via its webshop www.atelierdomo.com.

By placing an order, you as a customer (“Customer”, “you”) unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Products: all goods offered by Atelier Domo via the webshop or other channels.

  • Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order with Atelier Domo.

  • Consumer: any Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

  • Agreement: the sales agreement concluded between the Customer and Basestation BV through Atelier Domo.

3. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Atelier Domo and every Agreement concluded between Atelier Domo and the Customer. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Basestation BV.

4. Offers and Orders

The webshop offer is compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. Atelier Domo is not liable for obvious errors in the offer.

An order is only final after confirmation by Atelier Domo via email and after full payment has been received.

Atelier Domo reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse or non-payment.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before finalizing the order.

Payments are made via Atelier Domo’s secure payment partners (including Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard).

The products remain the property of Basestation BV until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and other specified EU countries.

The indicated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer must refuse the package and contact our customer service.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the order.

Returns must be notified in advance by email to customer service (info@atelierdomo.com).

Products must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used food products, nor to business (B2B) orders.

Within 14 days of proper receipt of the return, Basestation BV will refund the purchase price using the same payment method.

8. Warranty and Conformity

Atelier Domo guarantees that the delivered products comply with the Agreement and with normal expectations.

Legal warranty: 2 years for consumers on manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

Warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear, or exceeding the expiration date.

9. Liability

The information on the website is for informational purposes only and does not replace medical or professional advice.

Atelier Domo cannot be held liable for misuse of the products or for indirect damage.

The total liability of Basestation BV is in any case limited to the value of the order.

10. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., strike, pandemic, supply problems, natural disasters, technical failures), Atelier Domo is not obliged to fulfil its obligations. In such cases, the Agreement may be suspended or cancelled without compensation.

11. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email to our customer service (info@atelierdomo.com). We aim to respond and provide a solution within 7 working days. If no solution is found, the Customer can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

12. Intellectual Property

All rights to brand name, logos, texts, images and other content on the website belong to Basestation BV or its licensors. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Data Protection

Atelier Domo processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). More information can be found in our Privacy Policy on the website.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All Agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Basestation BV is established.
