Shipping & Delivery

At Atelier Domo, we treat your order with the same attention as our products.
If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 PM (except on public holidays), 
your package will usually arrive the next day or at the latest the day after. 
As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a personal update with tracking information.

Shipping costs & Delivery times

We currently ship internationally to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
The shipping costs and expected delivery times per country are listed below. In checkout, these are automatically adjusted according to your shipping address.

How to track my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

If you have created an account in our webshop, you can also find the tracking number in your order overview. Please note: it may take a few hours before the tracking information becomes visible.

If you have not received your order within 4 days after shipment, please contact us at help@atelierdomo.com mentioning your name and order number. Our team will assist you with priority.
